2D Doppler Echocardiograms

An echocardiogram is a test that uses sound waves, or ultrasound, to examine the heart.  It is a safe and painless procedure that helps doctors diagnose a wide variety of heart problems such as the presence of fluid around a patient’s heart, blood clots, or other masses inside the heart and abnormal holes between the heart chambers.
