Community Hospital Overview

Community Hospital is a 49 bed full-service hospital serving Southwest Oklahoma City and the surrounding communities including Blanchard, Moore, Newcastle, Norman, Mustang and Tuttle.   We provide a comprehensive range of medical services and high quality care.  Our Joint Commission accreditation powerfully demonstrates our commitment to meet the highest national standards for quality and safety.

Fountain Park Campus

Community Hospital is the anchor of the Fountain Park campus.  The campus includes a number of medical facilities including the Fountain Park Medical Plaza, Fountain Park Family Medicine, Fountain Park Orthopedic Surgeons, Oklahoma Cardiovascular Associates, Fountain Park Pharmacy and OSSO Spine Center.

St. Anthony North Campus

Community Hospital at St. Anthony North is conveniently located in North Oklahoma City, near the Broadway Extension and N.W. 63rd Street.  Community Hospital at St. Anthony North features a comfortable environment for orthopedic, plastic, pain management, ENT, endoscopic and general surgical procedures.
